Labor and Human Rights Policy

At MJ Recruitments, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of labor and human rights. Our policy ensures that our suppliers and business partners operate in alignment with ethical practices that respect the dignity and rights of all individuals involved. We believe in creating a fair and safe work environment for everyone, free from exploitation, discrimination, and abuse.

  • Suppliers must not use any form of forced labor, including prison, bonded, military, or slave labor.
  • Coercive activities such as recruitment or transportation using threats or fraud are prohibited.
  • Suppliers cannot retain employees' government-issued identification, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.
  • Employees must have the freedom to resign at any time without penalty.
  • Suppliers must ensure that no child labor is involved in the production or distribution of goods or services.
  • Employees must meet the minimum legal employment age as per local laws.
  • If no legal age is defined, employees should be at least 14 years old or older than the age of compulsory education.
  • Suppliers must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding working hours.
  • Employees should receive at least one day off every seven days as per local labor laws.
  • Overtime work should be compensated in line with local laws and employment contracts.
  • Suppliers must maintain a reliable system to track payroll, hours worked, deductions, and wages paid.
  • Suppliers must ensure compliance with local laws regarding wages, overtime, and employee benefits.
  • Employees must receive fair compensation for both regular and overtime work.
  • Suppliers must respect employees' right to join trade unions or other lawful organizations freely.
  • Employees should be able to engage in collective bargaining and organize freely according to local laws.
  • Employment decisions should be based on ability and qualifications, not personal characteristics.
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, pregnancy, disability, caste, religion, or ethnicity is prohibited.
  • Suppliers must ensure a workplace free from verbal, physical, sexual, or psychological abuse and treat all employees with dignity and respect.
